Long lines for amazing burgers, like all in-n-out location service is fast and friendly. Burgers taste awesome and fresh, never disappointed.Like all locations the drive through can be messy but the staff aleays does a great job to ensure the keep everyone organized. I wish the would add another location in the San Diego southbay area.

I'm from Toronto Canada and visit California maybe 4 times a year and this is the absolute must have. 1 trip we had In-N-Out every night for dinner. The service and atmosphere is non comparable and you can tell customer service is one of their top priorities. Great quality food and service is all you need.

You can't go wrong with In-N-out, the freshest ingredients for an absolutely delicious burger. This is our favorite location and is always packed, however the service is excellent and fast.

It's In and Out so of course it's delicious.... 😋.... In n Out is a southern California legendary spot to get delicious hearty burgers that can't be matched at any fast food establishment. Hodads is San Diego is a little better but not really competitive as far as price and speed when considered. I been to other so called so called special places in the mid West such as steak and shake and seriously there is no comparison. Dollar for dollar In and Out cannot be beat.

Been awhile since I have had a burger from In-N-Out. This place in some ways reminds me of Five Guys because of them making your burger fresh on the spot. The difference however between the two is that In-N-Out is cheaper and taste better but of course that is subjective to everyone's personal tastes and preferences. Service was quick and the staff were extremely pleasant especially the manager I just don't remember her name, but it's hard to find good customer service in fast food joints. Will definitely be back.

You have to try the 3x3 and a 4x4 animal style and ask for spread for your fries. Always great 👍

As far as fast food goes this place is probably the best. Simple menu and incredibly hard workers. The shake is a classic go to and there burgers are better than any burger from a fast food chain.

My first time at In-N-Out. Perhaps I was expecting too much. The food looked better than it tasted. Burger was fine, but the meet a bit dry and dark as if it was deep fried. The fries were dry, almost like crisps. Perhaps that explains why so many people ask for cheese and various sauces to be put on their fries. Milkshake was very creamy but not very cold. Not sure if I will come again.

First of all, it's In-N-Out which is one of the best and most cost effective hamburger fast food restaurants in the state of California. This location has consistently been the cleanest one I've visited, and I've been to over a dozen both in CA and in AZ. The staff has also consistently been courteous and efficient. This location has also been the least busy even during peak hours. This isn't too say that they aren't very busy, but their physical location being further out from the congestion seems to lend its self to a better experience over all. There are several In-N-Out Burger restaurants in SD county, but if this location is close enough that it only adds a few minutes to the drive, this would be the location I'd recommend!

We visit this location often. Sometimes drive through, sometimes we go in. Service is always great and food tastes amazing. The only downside for this location is the drive through seems to take a long time.

Always good and always fresh... I just love the burgers here. For a fast food place it has great food for a good price. And the french fries are so good. I am always pleased. I highly recommend In-N-Out.

It's still my Top burger food chain compared to Five Guys, or even the new Shake Shack. Animal fries and protein burger are my fave! Oh well their Choc Milk Shake is great too.

Good burgers and love the well done fries. Not a fan of their buns, that's why I always ask for protein style burgers. Service is fast and employees are very friendly.

Such a good burger, always fresh with fresh veggies and secret sauce. Shakes are amazing. Most friendliest staff that will ever serve you. Clean dining area but one of the most busiest places so have patience, you'll come back over and over again

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever received. Mike the manager handle my problem with such empathy, it was truly unexpected. My card kept declining & he went ahead and comped my families meal. That was truly generous and a gesture needed during these Covid-19 hard times. Thank you Mike & In n out, from a loyal customer ! Fast service if you eat inside, long lines outside for people using the drive thru. Burgers are a reasonable price for the quality.

Great food, decent portions. The animal style options and well done fries are outstanding. Excellent and fast service, no wonder it is always crowded. Clean facility, easy access from the street. Plenty of parking. Good option for fast food.

When the drive-thru so busy they have to block off part of the parking lot.. you know they're doing something right. And I love the fact that I can bring my dog in eat on the patio.

Very good old fashioned hamburgers, fries, and shakes. Very friendly service. Clean establishment in a nice area.

The line was waaaaayy too long, but I guess it was worth the wait.

Never had a problem with this location! So good. also if you want your fries served warmer ask for no salt! :) I normally order my fries with no salt personally but I notice every time I do this there much more fresh and hot 😍 always fast and great service

Service was great and so was the food. I'd say the wait time to get your food is about 10 minutes maybe more if you're going for dinner.

Love In-N-Out Burguer. Is what an american burguer should be, no mire, no less. Meat tastes like beef, not like shredded paper. The fries are soft in the inside and crisp outside without being stiff. The staff is kind and animous. The place is a mix between vintage and new. If you are looking for the all American hamburger, head straight to In-n-out you won't regret it.

We enjoy to go out. Last night we visited this delicious place which friends told us about. We enjoyed a lovely evening there with delicious cooking and a well-trained stuff and a talented chef. We added this restaurant in our list and we shall certainly come back soon. We warmly recommend.

It was the best. I get light fries I like them better then normal one

In-N-Out is a legendary place to eat here in Southern California. Some people are haters and don't like it, but that's not me. I love this place. The food is good, and it's always easy to choose what to eat. The menu is basic, but in a good way. Plus there are hidden items you can order that aren't on the menu. You'll have to ask around cuz I'm not telling. :) enjoy.

This location always has a super friendly staff, very clean facility, and everything comes out hot and fresh. I really like this location because it’s so close to many great shops and the VONS grocery. I highly recommend to anyone in this area.

Surprisingly, there was no line when ordering inside. The server was friendly and efficient. It took about 7-10 minutes to get the food. I ordered #2 cheeseburger combo, animal style on the burger. Don't get animal style on the fries, I think it would cost you about an extra $1- $2. The pink lemonade was always a little too sweet, but that was at every In-N-Out. You must eat the fries right away. If you wait 20 minutes, fries will no longer be good. That's because they clean, cut, and fry fresh potatoes. The facility and restroom were clean, and there was plenty of parking spaces. All in all, definitely a great place for burgers. Not a lot of options...plain and simple menu.

Best "fast" food burgers. Fresh ingredients, prepared when you order. Might take a little bit longer than what you're used to in other places, but is worth it. Order your burger "Animal Style" for extra flavor.

Wow. Hamburgers are so good. 1st.time here. My 10 year old Nephew said this is the place you can get really good hamburgers. Well, it is good. Thanks Nephew for suggesting this place.So, the official hours open at 10:30am as stated on the picture of the hours. However, they open at 10:00am for people who like to eat earlier. Yum!! Got there just after 10am. People were already eating. Imagine that!

EVERY -N-OUT BURGER JOINT I'VE BEEN TO HAS BEEN GREAT..THE DOUBLE DOUBLE ANIMAL STYLE IS MY FAVORITE.

I have never understood the allure of In-N-Out Burger. I tried for like the 4th time in my life. Again, I was disappointed. I ordered a Double Double with onions and fries. The burger was definitely underwhelming. The fries were horrible. The tasted like cardboard.

Under the circumstances with COVID-19 and no dining policy here the process was smooth and painless. It was super busy but they were efficient enough for me. The only downside was they forgot an order to fries for one of the kids, but in the grand scheme of things that is minute. Overall great service.

High quality fast food as usual. This in n out, like others, tends to have crazy lines around rush hours but with the amount of workers in there the lines tend to go fast. Highly recommend

Food never disappoints. Always hot and delicious. Only knock against the establishment is the extra long wait times, but that's to be expected at every location.
